A big congratulations to Tracey McClurg and family for owning the winner of the 2023 NCHA Futurity, Yulgilbar Magic Stevie. Yulgilbar also congratulates Todd Graham for winning his 8th NCHA Futurity.
Tracey purchased Magic Stevie as a yearling. Stevie is out of one of Yulgilbar’s outstanding broodmares, Spins Gypsy Queen and by Stevie Rey Von. Even though Magic Stevie had a late start in training with Todd Graham he rapidly caught up with Todd’s other Yulgilbar bred futurity horse, Yulgilbar Mister Hashtags who is out of SVR Reys Smart Chic by Hashtags who finalled in the Open and Gelding Incentive Futurity finals. In all, Yulgilbar had 3 Open Futurity finalist in the 2023 NCHA Futurity, the other was Yulgilbar Made To Roc out of Yulgilbar Roc N Roy by Hashtags and this is the third time Yulgilbar has bred a NCHA Futurity Champion.
