Yulgilbar bred horses were among the best at the NCHA Autumn Spectacular held at Scone in March 2022. The Yulgilbar Team – Yulgilbar Ima Black Cat, Yulgilbar Kinda Tuff and Yulgilbar Keep N Sweet all made their respective finals. All these horses were beautifully trained and prepared by Robert and Lori Mackay.
It was a challenge to make the final in every event as the competition was tough. This year’s show provided some of the highest standard of cutting seen in a cutting pen for sometime. There is no doubt that making a final in a major show is quite an achievement but the competition at Scone was such a high standard that the draws were often the only thing that separated the competition.
Yulgilbar would like to congratulate Mark Buttsworth showing his mighty mare Peppyphalair with the big Derby Championship. Peppyphalair is from the outstanding mare Yulgilbar O Peppy Roy.
